Seeing It is Believing It

1. Schedule a Consultation
Let’s start with a quick conversation. We’ll walk you through our process and schedule testing for a small sample of your fleet.

2. Select Test Engines
We’ll work with you to select 2 to 4 engines—either at random or by your choice—for the initial evaluation.  Testing can be performed by our team or, if preferred, we can train your personnel to carry it out in-house. If you're already tracking the key performance metrics we measure, we’re happy to align with your existing testing protocols.

3. Establish Baseline Performance
Our teams conduct baseline testing to measure current fuel consumption and emissions. We test at regular intervals and again at the 250-hour mark.

4. Install FuelMaxx Devices
Once the baseline is set, we install the FuelMaxx Fuel Modulator Devices on the selected engines.

5. Conditioning Period
The engines run under normal conditions for another 250 hours. No testing is done during this time to allow the devices to condition the engines.

6. Post-Conditioning Testing
After the conditioning period, we repeat the same 250-hour testing process with same intervals used during the baseline phase.

7. Compare Results
We analyze the before-and-after data to assess improvements in fuel efficiency and emissions.
